I WAS SUCH AN EMPTY SHELL OF A PERSON BEFORE I STARTED

DOING WORK ON MYSELF WITH HARDEEP'S GUIDANCE. 

 

I had just got out of an extremely abusive relationship, I didn't have a clue who I was. I wasn't much of a human being at that point. I had also been diagnosed with end stage liver disease, and found out I'd need a full liver transplant to survive. Hardeep opened me to a world of spirituality which I still practice today, and believe to my core that her and along with spirituality, my life was impacted greatly and for the better. The different techniques have helped me to control a lot of anxiety. To me, Hardeep isn't just an amazing counsellor, she has a huge heart, and a light about her that makes participants feel comfortable around her. She goes above and beyond, and she cares genuinely. I had received my liver transplant in May of 2021, and continued to work with Hardeep to help clear my mind, and keep it focused on my healing. Without meeting Hardeep I don’t know where I'd be right now, or if I'd even be here. Those who get a chance to work with Hardeep are extremely blessed in my opinion, she played a huge part in saving my life.
